Pixels live on thin strips
LEDs sit on strips a few millimetres wide, spaced apart. The gap is the transparency — that is where your view goes through.

Film bonds to the inner face with a squeegee; heavier grades hang off the frame. No steel, no drilling.
One controller runs it from the cloud
